I am thrilled to embark on this journey as the Executive Secretary Treasurer of the #UBCBuilt National Construction Council. Together, we form a formidable team, and I am inspired by the energy and dedication each of you brings to the table. Our Council is on an upward trajectory, having grown by a remarkable 40% since last month. This growth is a testament to our collective vision and commitment to excellence.

As we chart our strategic path forward, we are focused on providing service and representation for members while evolving and responding to challenges and opportunities in the market. The construction, maintenance, industrial, and service markets are transitioning in many ways, and it's imperative that we evolve alongside them. This means embracing innovation, adopting sustainable practices, and harnessing new technologies to stay ahead of the curve.

Moreover, we are committed to fostering collaboration with employers and other partners. By working hand in hand, we can create more opportunities, a wider variety of opportunities, and ultimately, better opportunities for all our members. Together, we can build a more robust, resilient industry that benefits members and working families.
