ITC Delegate Training
Be The Best Delegate You Can Be
If you’re a National Construction Council delegate fully committed to doing your part for your union and fellow members, then this is the leadership training for you. It’s a powerful opportunity to make sure that every minute you give to your role as a delegate is as effective as it can be.
What Will Happen
After 4 days at this all-expenses-paid education and training experience in Las Vegas you’ll come away with a stronger understanding of your important role and how to achieve success. You’ll get insights into the Brotherhood’s history and future strategy that will help you educate and inspire your fellow members. And you’ll learn simple tips for motivating, communicating, and reporting that will increase your confidence and pride in your role. While you’re here, you’ll meet General President Douglas McCarron and hear firsthand how much you are valued in our union, and about the strong vision we have for the future. And you’ll have taken a meaningful step in building your career and representing your union with pride and confidence, making new friends and contacts from our community across the continent.
