PCL Construction has two projects breaking ground this spring that have awarded to NCC, 

• The Yellowknife CF-18/35 hangar, begins April 2024 

• 8-story parkade in Prince George BC, prelude to Hospital expansion, begins May 2024 

• Still in negotiations, the North Shore Wastewater treatment plant in North Vancouver, BC. There is an ongoing assessment and planning as the original contractor was removed from site. Construction will commence in the summer of 2024

• Has a crew working on The Air Products site in Fort Saskatchewan, AB 

• Various other sites in AB, SK, BC

Chinook Scaffold Systems Inc.

• Various scaffolding project sites in AB 

 Kirk Erectors Inc.

• Air Products water cooling towers awarded, break ground late 2024 

Gisborne Mechanical 

• Marathon Gold Corporation’s Valentine Lake Project has started in Newfoundland, a fly in fly out project
